The objective of Eiffage Immobilier was to create a building of offices certified NF-Tertiary building approach QHE engineering, following the Certification of Certification of December 2008 and the energy performance label BBC Effinergie 2005.

On the ground floor there is a lobby, a 150-seat business restaurant and a cafeteria, both with natural lighting and generous ceiling heights, the 129-seat auditorium and the 5 Modular training rooms for a workforce of 350 employees. The building also benefits from good resources in natural lighting, relating to QHE engineering requirements.

The technicality of roof means that it is covered with solar photovoltaic panels; the solar thermal collectors in the south facade cover 50% of the hot water needs of the inter-company restaurant. The interior heating is supported by a wood-fired boiler making this project achieve the environmental label.
