The nautical center, accessible from the Malakoff quay, will be a center of attraction, reinforcing the opening of the Euronantes Gare district on the Loire. The facade, allée Jacques Berque, stages the center’s activities, echoing the future Saint Felix Canal activities.

The tower’s first floor at the level of the pedestrian volume, active, porous and flexible, will participate in the animation of the banks of the Loire. An endemic plant lexicon will sustainably promote the good development of the garden spaces.
