The Dijon-Bourgogne private hospital, located in the heart of the new Valmy Park, opens onto a valley and offers a panoramic view of the landscape. It is part of a park whose layout is conditioned by the slope of the site.
Therefore, the design of the parking lot follows the topographical curves, which are themselves underlined by a diversified tree layer. In order to improve the daily comfort of the patients, walking areas have been created in the heart of orchards and flowery meadows under diversified management.
