The new Dijon-Bourgogne private healthcare center will be built on the Valmy Park in Dijon

The latest of the 180 private hospitals of the Générale de Santé Group, this three-storey building will be accessible from the Valmy II tramway station and will have a landscaped parking lot.

This hospital will offer emergency, outpatient, imaging and dialysis services, an interventional medical-technical platform, a resuscitation-ICU and continuous care service, 383 hospitalization beds and places, and a cancerology service.

The presence of a central pharmacy, a relay sterilization, among other services distributed around a glazed medical street, central axis, which will bring natural light inside the building. Most of the accommodation is located on the upper floors to take advantage of agricultural plains and hills views.

Particular attention will be paid to green spaces, planted terraces and the architecture of the technical equipment to make this private hospital a modern and comfortable place.

The Dijon-Bourgogne private hospital, located in the heart of the new Valmy Park, opens onto a valley and offers a panoramic view of the landscape. It is part of a park whose layout is conditioned by the slope of the site.

Therefore, the design of the parking lot follows the topographical curves, which are themselves underlined by a diversified tree layer. In order to improve the daily comfort of the patients, walking areas have been created in the heart of orchards and flowery meadows under diversified management.
