Vilnius Concert Hall, Lituanie

Concert hall with two auditoriums

Since the 19th century, with the development of the Naujamiestis area, Tauras Hill has become an exceptional and unique place in the central part of the new city. In the early 1900s, the founders of the Lithuanian state promoted the idea that the Tautos Namai, the House of the Nation, would be the national epicenter of culture. Overlooking Vilnius, the upper terraces of Tauras Hill were considered an ideal location for the cultural building. Today, this major historical and symbolic site has been chosen to host the new National Concert Hall. This popular spot offers a spectacular view of the city center and the Neris River.
